Our Richmond wall light is a great addition to any garden. It’s also ideal on either side of a bathroom mirror or as a bedside downlight.

This version is larger, but still perfectly proportioned. It has a greater presence when used on its own in high-ceilinged or bigger rooms.

The fine porcelain shade provides a warm, atmospheric glow with absolutely no glare.

Bronze is our boldest finish, but it isn’t shiny or bright, so it has a subtle side to it too. It’s a deep matt brown colour that’s almost black in some lights.

Know your zones

Bathrooms are split into electrical zones based on their proximity to water. Lights installed in these zones must have a certain IP rating for the space to be safe, and for the fittings to remain in good working order.

Lights in zone 0 must have an IP67 rating.

In zone 1, lights must be rated IP65 or higher, while in zone 2, it’s IP44 or higher.

Zone 3 is anywhere outside zones 0, 1 and 2. You don’t need to worry about the IP rating here.

Richmond is designed for your walls as well as your ceilings. The styles share the same simple aesthetic, so you can create an effortlessly coordinating look from room to room.

Wattage and brightness

Our fine porcelain shade provides a warm, atmospheric glow with absolutely no glare. When it comes to the intensity of light, our Eden 3.5W bulb will cast a brighter beam than our softer 2.5W York bulb; the choice is entirely yours.
